Information You Provide

When you contact us, request a demo, or create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, company name, phone number, and the content of your communications with us.

Product Analytics Data

Our AI products process visual and sensor data within your infrastructure. For camera-based products, all video processing occurs at the edge raw video footage is never transmitted to or stored on Intelense servers. Only anonymised analytics outputs (counts, aggregated metrics, event classifications) are retained.

Usage and Technical Data

We collect information about how you use our platform, including log files, IP addresses, browser type, device identifiers, and session data. This data helps us improve our products and diagnose technical issues.

Data Processing and Privacy by Design

Intelense's products are built on a privacy-by-design architecture:

  • Edge processing: All video analysis is performed locally. Raw footage never leaves your network.
  • Anonymisation: Individuals captured on camera are not identified or tracked across sessions. Analytics are aggregated and non-identifiable by default.
  • Data minimisation: We only collect the data necessary to provide our services.
  • Retention limits: Anonymised analytics data is retained for the period specified in your service agreement, then deleted.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who assist us in delivering our products (cloud hosting, analytics, support tooling) under strict data processing agreements
  • Professional advisors including lawyers, auditors, and insurers as necessary
  • Regulators and law enforcement when required by law or to protect our rights
  • Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets

Intelense operates from Canada and India. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission for EU/EEA data subjects.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. You may also have the right to data portability and to withdraw consent for marketing communications.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, encryption at rest, access controls, and regular penetration testing. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
