In advisory mode it surfaces recommended actions on the dashboard for your facilities team to approve. Most customers start in advisory mode and move to autonomous within 30-60 days once they trust the model.

What data does KenHome collect about building occupants?

KenHome collects occupancy presence data (zone-level counts and movement patterns) using your existing cameras or occupancy sensors. It does not perform facial recognition, does not store biometric data, and does not identify individuals. All video processing happens on-edge — raw footage never leaves your network.

Does KenHome replace our existing BMS or sit alongside it?

KenHome sits alongside your BMS as an AI intelligence layer. It reads from and writes to your BMS via standard protocols — your existing infrastructure stays in place. There is no rip-and-replace. If your BMS is end-of-life and you are replacing it, we can advise on compatible systems, but it is not a requirement.
