Safety Intelligence That Never Sleeps

Continuous AI monitoring across every zone, shift, and scenario — so your team can work with confidence.

PPE Compliance Monitoring
Automatically verify helmets, high-vis vests, gloves, eye protection, and footwear across every worker in every zone — in real time. Detects non-compliance in under a second and triggers immediate supervisor alerts, generating full shift-level compliance reports without manual audits.
Hazard Zone Intrusion
Define virtual safety perimeters around machinery, chemical stores, or restricted areas. Instant alarm when any unauthorised person enters.
Fire & Smoke Detection
Vision-based early fire and smoke identification — faster than traditional sensors, with camera-linked location pinpointing for rapid response.
Slip & Fall Detection
AI pose estimation identifies falls and unusual body positions, triggering immediate medical alert workflows even in low-visibility areas.
Automated Incident Reports
Every detected event auto-generates a timestamped, camera-referenced incident report — PDF and CSV ready for compliance submission.
Safety Dashboard
Live facility-wide view of compliance scores, active alerts, zone statuses, and historical incident trends — all in one unified command centre.
How It Works

From Facility Map to Zero Incidents

Three steps to continuous, AI-driven safety across your entire operation.

1
Map Your Safety Zones
Upload your facility floor plan or use our visual zone editor to define hazard perimeters, PPE-required areas, emergency exits, and restricted zones. Configuration takes hours, not weeks.
2
KenSafety Monitors Continuously
AI runs 24/7 across all connected cameras — tracking PPE compliance, detecting hazards, monitoring for fire or smoke, and analysing worker behaviour against your safety policy.
3
Instant Alerts & Reports Generated
Safety officers receive immediate notifications via SMS, email, or integrated systems. Incident reports auto-generate with video evidence, timestamps, and recommended corrective actions.

Common Questions

KenSafety FAQ

What is KenSafety and how does it differ from a standard CCTV system?

KenSafety is an AI safety monitoring platform, not a recording system. Where CCTV passively stores footage for post-incident review, KenSafety analyses every frame in real time to detect non-compliance events — missing PPE, unauthorised zone entry, unsafe posture — and triggers alerts before an incident occurs. It uses the same camera hardware you may already have; the intelligence runs at the edge or in the cloud via the Ken360 platform.

Which PPE types can KenSafety detect?

KenSafety detects hard hats, safety vests, gloves, safety goggles, ear protection, face shields, harnesses, and steel-toed boots. Each class can be toggled per zone, so a clean-room area can require gloves and face shields while a loading bay requires high-vis vests and hard hats. Custom PPE classes can be trained for your specific equipment within 2–3 weeks using your own labelled images.

How does KenSafety handle privacy for workers?

KenSafety is designed for compliance monitoring, not individual surveillance. By default, the system does not store facial recognition data or personally identify workers. Alerts are triggered on compliance state (PPE present/absent, zone breach) rather than identity. For customers who require workforce-level traceability (e.g. for incident investigations), role-based identity linking can be enabled with explicit consent flows and full data governance controls.

Can KenSafety integrate with our existing EHS software?

Yes. KenSafety ships with native integrations for Intelex, Cority, SAP EHS, and Enablon. All incidents, compliance reports, and corrective action triggers can be pushed directly into your EHS system via webhook or our REST API. For custom platforms, the Ken360 SDK provides a structured incident payload that most EHS tools can ingest without custom development.

What accuracy rate does KenSafety achieve on PPE detection?

Under standard industrial lighting conditions, KenSafety achieves 96–98% mAP on PPE detection with a false positive rate below 2%. Accuracy degrades in very low light (<50 lux) or extreme occlusion scenarios; in those cases we recommend pairing with edge devices that have IR illumination. All accuracy figures are available in our technical data sheet on request.

How quickly can KenSafety be deployed across a large facility?

A typical 50-camera facility deployment takes 5–7 business days from signed agreement to live monitoring. This includes camera audit, edge device provisioning, zone configuration, model calibration to your environment, dashboard setup, and an alert-routing workshop with your safety team. Multi-site rollouts follow a pilot-then-scale model — one site fully operational in week one, remaining sites in parallel from week two onwards.
