The Addition of One of Canada’s Most Sought After Corporate Advisor and Corporate Securities Expert Strengthens the Company’s Leadership
In late 2020, Intelense’s Executive Team began bringing together a well-rounded group of accomplished leaders to assist the company through an explosive growth stage. These individuals now form Intelense’s Board of Advisors.
We are pleased to introduce Poonam Puri, currently Professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University (Toronto, Ontario) as a member of Intelense’s Board of Advisors. Poonam has been providing strategic advice to the company from different vantage points including strategy, customer acquisition and governance. Her position(s) on several of Canada’s leading corporate boards combined with a deep understanding of business operations / development, business law and corporate governance has proven invaluable to Intelense.
Poonam has the unique combination of both academic scholarship and practical business savvy. A Harvard educated lawyer, Poonam is the recent recipient of the prestigious 2020 David Walter Mundell Medal honouring excellence in legal writing. She has won numerous awards and accolades from around the world as part of an extremely distinguished career.
